Parking Rules
By using this parking facility, the Parker agrees to comply with all rules and disclosures listed below. Failure to comply may result in towing, termination of parking privileges, and/or removal from the facility without refund.
Parkers must park only in their assigned parking space.
Parking in an unassigned space, outside the marked space, or blocking access areas will result in immediate towing at the owner’s expense.
No vehicle repairs, maintenance, or mechanical work are allowed in the parking lot under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to): oil changes, tire work, engine work, welding, or use of tools or equipment.
Violations will result in immediate removal of the vehicle, truck, or equipment and cancellation of the parking spot.
Parking rent is due on the 1st of every month and is processed through an automatic payment system.
If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a $25 late fee will be applied.
If payment is not received by the 10th of the month:
- Gate access will be disabled
- The parking spot will be terminated
- Any vehicle, truck, or equipment remaining on site will be towed at the owner’s expense
While we make reasonable efforts to secure the parking lot, including:
- Perimeter fencing with razor wire
- Security detection systems
- Gate access logging
- License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras
- Security cameras and lighting
- GBG Truck & RV Parking is NOT responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage to any vehicle, truck, trailer, or equipment.
- All parking is at the Parker’s own risk.
Parkers must provide valid proof of insurance for all vehicles and equipment parked on site.
Equipment and vehicle information must be kept up to date in the parking portal.
Any damage caused to the parking lot, gate, fence, pavement, or property will be claimed against the Parker’s insurance.
Parkers must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to cancel their parking space.
A dumpster is provided ONLY for small trash items from your vehicle, such as:
Allowed:
- Empty water bottles
- Food wrappers
Strictly Prohibited:
- Household trash
- Tires
- Mattresses
- Truck parts or mechanical debris
- Leaving trash outside the dumpster or violating dumpster rules will result in immediate removal from the parking lot.
No trash, debris, tires, pallets, or materials may be left behind your truck or anywhere in the parking lot.
Parkers will be required to immediately remove any debris they create.
We are required to keep the lot clean and free of debris. Your cooperation is mandatory.
Any vehicle leaking oil, fuel, coolant, or other fluids is not permitted to park on the property.
The Parker will be required to remove the vehicle immediately.
Parkers may not use the GBG Truck & RV Parking address for:
- Personal use
- Business registration
- Mail delivery
- DOT, DMV, or any official records
- Unauthorized use of the address may result in immediate termination of parking privileges.

To cancel your reservation on Rig Hut, click your name in the top right corner and select Manage Booking. Open your booking by clicking the green bubble, then scroll down and choose Move Out Booking or Cancel Booking. Move Out Booking keeps your reservation active until the end of your paid month and stops auto-renewal (billing happens on the 1st), while Cancel Booking ends it immediately.
